They should have known better.  As soon as Burton picked Jon, I knew he'd screwed things up.  Burton should have taken along Darrah in order to isolate her from the other girls.  Meanwhile, Jon would've made sure that the guys had the votes for Darrah locked up, and gotten in the way of the girls working out their alliance against the guys. Just dumb.  Jon's gotta know he's next.  Which is also dumb, because the girls should figure out that whoever manages to get Jon with them in the final two, will win the million.

I agree with you 100%. Burton def should have chosen Darrah or one of the other girls. I am shocked with the way the game as gone, that they(Burton and Jon) actually thought they had the girls in the bag. How obnoxious was Jon and his comments last night about the women. The live segment is going to be lots of fun to see what they all do to Jon about his comments espically the big Grandma lie.

lie. I am wondering if Jeff Probst will be able to smooth things over such that it appears all is copasetic between Jon and others, as Jeff has seemed to do in the past on Reunion shows. Should be fun. Or is the hope that Sandra, Rupert, Darrah, or Christa will say on national television I'd still just like to rip Jon's head off... and not appear the least bit apologetic, appealing to my (our?) _base_st instincts?

Burton could have kept Lil' under control if he'd taken her. Likewise taking nasty Sandy would have been a better choice (than Jon). Way to go Burton! Byron

They should have known better.  As soon as Burton picked Jon, I knew he'd screwed things up.   No.  Jon's fatal mistake came sooner. When Jon actually TOLD Lil of his intention to vote Darrah off instead of Sandra. Lil got upset at this betrayal ( What happened to our alliance??? ) and decided that Jon might target Lil next.  That was the beginning of Lil's mutiny against Jon/Burton. Jon/Burton could have voted Darrah off all by themselves:  They vote for Darrah; Lil votes for Sandra thinking she's still the target; Sandra votes for either Jon or Burton.  Darrah gets two votes whereas the others get one vote each and Darrah would have been gone.
