I have also heard (and often used) the phrase, Jesus Harrison Christ! although I assume that is not the original form of the phrase. It's also funny that the U.S. Army is said to refer to people without middle initials thus: John NMI Smith. Jack Excelsior, you fathead! Jean Shepherd, 1921-1999 R.I.P.
