Hi there! How can i set up an tri-boot system with Windows 98, Windows Millennium and Windows 2000? I have 2 partitions with Windows 98 in the first and Windows 2000 in the second partition. I want to install Windows ME in the same partition that Win98 but in an differente directory, after the install what have i to do so Windows 98 and Windows Millennium and Windows 2000 appear all in the boot menu ? Thanks in advance for all the help you can give to me Best Regards MDI Portugal

you do not need to have all 3 operating systems, just win2k and winme Agreed.  However, if you want all three OS's (for kicks), try XOSL.  It can be found and downloaded at www.xosl.org.  It is a third party bootloader, and I've found it much easier to use than the Windows bootloader (quad boot system, 3 Win2k, 1 Linux). the nt5 bootloader works fine for me... multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)WINNT= Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional /fastdetect multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)WINNT= Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server /fastdetect c:bootsect.f32= Windows 98SE but if u ask me, WinME is crap (especially mp_layer_ 7) martin

You could take a look at System Commander 2000 (www.v-com.com). With this program you can easily install several operating systems in the same partition without risking that they influence each other.
