Press Release Founding Congress of Eurasia Movement The All-Russian Political Social Movement EURASIA is founded in support of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the basis of Eurasianist ideology. Leader of the Movement is Alexander Dugin, director of the Center of Geopolitical Expertise of the expert-consultative council on national security problems, advisor to Chairman of the State Duma Gennady Seleznev, author of Foundations of Geopolitics textbook, founder and developer of modern Russian school of geopolitics, neo-Eurasianist theory, scientist, philosopher, and author of multiple works published in Russia and abroad; Founders of the Movement – Center of Geopolitical Expertise and the Public Fund for Fostering Peace and Cooperation in the Caucasus Edinenie .
