Where can I buy batches of 375 ml beer bottles? Obviously the beer companies get theirs from somewhere, I'd really rather not get them from a recycling depot though. Richy

Richy, Beer companies get there bottles from wholesale distributers. Wholesalers do not sell to the general public and most have high minimum orders. If you want to buy from a wholesaler (their prices will be at least 50% cheaper than your LHBS, if not more) you have to do two things. First, you have to have business tax id. The only way to get that is to create your own sole proprietorship and register with the IRS. Second, you then have to place find a wholesaler with a low minimum order (expect at least $100) and one that is willing to ship to a residential address. To make a long story short, it is possible but probably only worth it if you already have a small business. John
